Sometimes five stars aren't enough. Jordi and the team at BaggagePets did an amazing job for us -- for the second time! Yes, we are happy returning customers. Both times we used their services for the most challenging pet transport situation possible, which is shipping to New Zealand. We have two cats and a dog, and New Zealand is at the very top of the list in the world for the most strict, demanding, and difficult experiences to undergo when bringing pets. The veterinary pre-checking process and requirements alone is extremely complicated, but Jordi made sure we were exactly on track at every step of the way, even communicating directly with our local Spanish vet and the vet at the lab we needed to use. In the end, the preparation process took *three months* before the New Zealand Import Permit was approved and issued, and only then could the actual transport begin. Once again, the BaggagePets team were superb. In the end, the total time to transfer from our home in Spain to our new home in New Zealand took another 3 1/2 weeks. During that time we were kept updated at every step, including regular photos and videos of our pets. If you're looking for someone to ensure your beloved pets arrive safe and healthy -- these are the people!

We’ve relocated our cat from Madrid to Dubai - and everything went as quick and smooth as possible even considering this long way! I highly appreciate professional approach and communication, and quality of services to minimize the stress - like vet visit at home before departure, useful tips etc. There was nothing to worry about - truly recommend!

El apoyo y la profesionalidad de Verónica se convirtieron en nuestro salvavidas cuando nos mudamos de España a Estados Unidos con nuestra mascota Pepa. Ella tenía que viajar con nosotros sí o sí pero claro, tenía que ser por su tamaño en la bodega de un avión y esto nos preocupaba muchísimo. Un trago más que difícil de pasar y que Verónica lo suavizó enormemente. Nos resolvió todas las dudas posibles, nos tranquilizó e incluso movió cielo con tierra para que pudiera cambiar su vuelo y estar con nosotros lo antes posible ya que tuvimos que volar antes que Pepa. Ahora ya estamos todos juntos y felices comenzando una nueva etapa en Norteamérica. Mil gracias Verónica por tu dedicación, empatía, paciencia e implicación. También agradecerle la profesionalidad a todo el equipo tanto de Madrid, incluido el personal de la residencia canina, como de Barcelona por el trato que tuvieron con Pepa.

Wonderful service. Great communication. They took care of getting our wonderful Chico into Spain and delivered him to where we are staying in Madrid. They took care of all the paperwork and formalities (which we could not have done on our own) and delivered him safe and sound. I highly recommend!

La experiencia con Baggage pets ha sido increíble desde el principio, mucho apoyo por parte de Daniel y Vero, a pesar de que fue encima del tiempo siempre recibí respuesta oportuna… My cat needed to go to Australia the process is so complicated, rules change all the time and I was afraid of having incidents with my quarantine but with them the process was so smooth, I didn’t stress at all, I tried do do most of the things myself but the last stage was too much and they helped me, my cat finally had just 10 days Quarantine and arrived perfectly ❤️❤️ Thank you so much, I appreciate all your help

Experiencia única y personal. Voy a desir mi opinión personal y talves pueda hablar por mis dos perros también. Primero y muy importante. El trato humano y transparente de este equipo de personas es único. No solo para dar la información solicitada sino que van más allá.. Cosa que no hacen las otras empresas que solo miran la ganancia económica. Me informaron de todo al detalle y siempre mirando por los dos animales que todo este lo mejor posible para darles el mejor viaje. Yo desde Madrid a Uruguay. 12000km. Apenas y todo salió muy bien. Los perros llegaron perfectamente con el estrés normal de hacer un viaje tan largo y la experiencia de todo el equipo cosa que no dude nunca. Seguramente estaba más nervioso yo que mis perros. Saber que estarán bien y con la atención que tuvieron para mi fue una tranquilidad. Hoy día puedo verles tal como estaban 3dias antes del vuelo y agradesco y hablo en nombre de Coco y Ellie la atención brindada y que ellos con solo mirarme supe que están bien y agradecidos.... Un gran abrazo a todos los que hacen esto posible... Gracias.
