My dog ​​had an ear problem, and they took action immediately. So grateful. Always beautiful photos and videos. Our Kyra loves going there and can't wait for us to pack her bag to go to Posh Pets. Een fantastisch hotel en wat een vriendelijk personeel.ik breng mijn poezen Jazmin en Jopie 8 augustus voor de 5e keer, En zo tevreden grote schone verblijven met dekentjes ,speelmatriaal, veel plekjes om heerlijk te chillen. Je kunt je eigen voer meegeven of eten van het pension zelf. Er zijn ook exstra diensten die aangeboden worden zoals nagels knippen, borstelen,trimmen.En iedere week wordt je op de hoogte gehouden met superleuke filmpjes en foto’s hoe het met je huisdier gaat. Het is echt een 5 sterren hotel voor zowel katten als honden.

I have been using Posh Pets for almost 2 years for our Spanish Mastín. Hand on heart I wouldn’t take him anywhere else for his grooming. He always comes back looking and smelling like a dapper chapper! Staff have always been professional and courteous. Highly recommend ⭐️ and so does Igor.

This is how happy Bosse was after a couple of days at Posh Pets, he told us that he had so much fun, he had gotten some new friends and that the staff was very friendly and gave him lots of love. Posh Pets Spain supply a top rate service, from my first contact with them all the way through to them delivering my little boy Charlie to us in Gibraltar the communication has been excellent (many thanks Jasmine). They make everything so easy for you and what seemed to us like a daunting task was made simple by Posh Pets and took a lot of stress away from us. On the day of pick up in the UK we were quite nervous but as soon as we met Karen we were put at ease with her friendly manner and obvious care and attention towards the dogs she was transporting. All through the journey we were kept updated with emails, photo’s and video’s of Charlie’s progress. The price we paid for this amazing service was also excellent and was cheaper by a long way than anything else we looked at. I cannot rate Posh Pets highly enough and we will definitely be using their services again in a couple of years time when/if we return to the UK.

Bella always goes to Posh Pets when I am away, and I'm so pleased that she arrives excitedly, ready to make and play with new friends. It is very comforting for me to know that she will be happy and helps to make my time away stress free and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone there.

We had a very bad experience with this company. A couple of employees were rude and unprofessional. We had an issue with a transport which was booked for a certain day and time and confirmed with 2ppl. They completely ignored our request for which we paid for and dropped off dogs when we were travelling back to Spain- the driver was very aggressive. In the end they kept our dogs day longer and charged us for that even so it was a mistake on their side- no apologies from them. Absolutely not acceptable! They charge us for extras which we didn't confirm as we were not even given prices. When the dogs arrived it was obvious that nails were not cut and the bath was not given. We took photos as proof but no reply from these scammers! We had to take the dogs to the vet the day after because they got sick. Also, the vet cut their nails which we will be sending pictures to the scammers together with a request for a refund.
