Clínica Veterinaria Benalvet

Trato exquisito.

Trato excelente

I recently visited Benalvet with my cat, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and they spoke also good english. The veterinarian Silvia demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. She took the time to thoroughly examine my cat, explain the diagnosis, and discuss treatment options with me. The Benalvet stuff provide top-notch medical care and they also showed compassion and empathy towards both me and my cat. The follow-up care and support have been outstanding, further demonstrating their commitment to ensuring the well-being of their patients. I highly recommend Benalvet to anyone in need of veterinary services. They truly go above and beyond to provide the best possible care for furry family members. Thanks to their good care, my cat recovered quickly!

My dog had treatment for an eye ulcer caused by an injury at a groomers. During this treatment firstly I wasn't given the 3 prescriptions for eye drops only given 2 and had to go back to get the one that was missing. After that just as ulcer was getting smaller I was given prescription with different drops which adversely affected recovery and I had to start treatment all over again. I asked for the photos taken during treatment so I could attach them to a denouncement of the groomers which they sent then deleted and said they weren't of my dog when they were. They said they must have deleted ones of my dog. I cant believe this. They obviously dont want to give me any evidence of the eye injury the groomers caused. They also said I should have taken my own photos but never offered for me to do this. They charged me 80 euros for a contact lens that kept falling out and charged me for putting it back in. I am very disappointed and can't recommend them. Also my other small dog nearly died after the rabies vaccine they gave there it had breathing difficulties all night. Its 12 years old and this never happened before in other vets. I definitely wouldn't have any more vaccines done there. Overall a very bad experience In answer to your comments you did not give me the prescription I never left it on the table it was still in your prescription book Also I never refused to have tests done you said after the eye ulcer was cured you'd do them. Also you delayed her recovery from eye ulcer by giving a wrong prescription. The photos you took showed an injury to her eye which caused the ulcer but you soon deleted them and said they weren't of my dog. I wouldn't bring my dogs there again. I wasnt informed of prices beforehand. Your colleague put the 80 euro contact lens back in and it didn't fall out again.
