La principal ventaja es que atienden 24 horas. Esto nos da la tranquilidad de saber que siempre habrá ayuda disponible. Los veterinarios son verdaderos profesionales, atentos y dedicados; se nota que aman a los animales. Valoramos mucho el alto nivel de servicio y el equipo moderno. We came here after a terrible experience at San Antón (just 100 meters away), where we were treated unbelievably poorly while our cat Hugo was in critical condition. His kidneys had stopped working and he was on the verge of dying. The moment we walked into Hospital Veterinario Guardamar 24h Better Pet, everything changed. We didn’t even have to wait — they took Hugo in immediately, showed us kindness and professionalism from the very first second, and treated us with so much respect during such a stressful moment. They kept Hugo hospitalized for three nights and quite literally saved his life. Throughout the entire time, they kept us updated with phone calls, allowed us to visit him, and treated both him and us with so much care and compassion. The staff here truly care about what they do, and it shows in everything. And the prices — honestly unbelievable. Hugo stayed three nights in intensive care, and the total bill was around €500. To put that into perspective: we have paid €385 before at a clinic in Torrevieja for a single visit where they only did a blood test. What we received here was life-saving treatment at a price that shows they prioritize animals’ wellbeing over profit. From now on, this will be our veterinary clinic. They saved our cat, they treated us with kindness, and they gave us trust in veterinarians again after the horrible experience next door. I can’t recommend them enough.❤️

Siempre han tratado muy bien a mis perretes y gatetes. El Dr. Antonio es un cirujano excelente. Sólo puedo dar las gracias por encontrar esta clínica cuando nadie sabía qué tenía mi perro, era una anemia hemolítica autoinmune por la maldita Leishmania, gracias al tratamiento adecuado pudo vivir unos años más. Gracias por todo. Yot os manda lametones desde el otro lado.

Magnífica atención por parte de todo el personal. Pese a las circunstancias que me llevaron allí, el trato fue muy profesional y personal. Muchas gracias por acompañarme y darme el tiempo necesario para despedir a mi perrita.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. Hace un mes llevé a mi perro por fiebre. Cada día empeoraba más y más después de varios días ingresado tuvimos que sacarlo en sábado porque no iban a hacerle las pruebas que necesitaba hasta el lunes porque según ellos no pasaba nada. Les llevé dos muestras de cacas que eran negras y ellos me decían que eran normales. Estaba con una hemorragia interna causada por los medicamentos que le habían puesto allí. Cuando llegamos al nuevo hospital de Alicante mi perro estaba casi muriéndose. Le tuvieron que hacer una transfusión de urgencia para que no muriese. Un mes después con dos transfusiones hechas aún sigue recuperándose de lo que le produjeron en este hospital. Yo desde luego que no voy a volver. Si no es por ANICURA de SAN Vicente mi perro no habría pasado del domingo.
