After speaking with the clinic, I decided to change my review on March 4, 2019. I still have had mixed experiences with the clinic, but the good overrides the bad, as the dog treatment is proving successful and they have improved the communication with me. Good: A caring veterinarian, Dr Carmen, has treated my dog for 4 months now. Note on March 4: My dog has shown progress after having allergies for several months. It has been a successful journey, and that is really important. Not so good: Medicines and dog food with higher price than other places. Note on March 4, 2019: The doctor explained that they sell their food at an authorized price and are not allow discounts, and customers decide if it is worth to buy there or not. I wish I had been informed of this before. Now I know, and since my dog needs special type of food from now on, I will buy it where they offer me a better price. Same with the medicines. They conveniently sell the exact number of pills so that you don't have to buy the whole box in a vet pharmacy. I understand the convenience of this for many customers, but you should know that if you do your research you may save some money looking somewhere else. If you want the convenience of getting out the clinic with everything you need for the treatment, you need to pay the price. I did this, the first couple of times, but not anymore. Worst: Carlos, the one who answers the phone. He couldn’t be more useless and he is completely rude, even raising his voice against me. I told him, "what a pathetic service you give to your clients". Clients deserve a completely round service for the price we pay. I have spent almost 1000€ in that clinic in order to manage my dogs allergy and that is the treatment I get? Not worth it. Note on March 4, 2019: One of the doctors in the clinic has been speaking to me directly since February 13 and she has been following up on this. I don't have to go trough the "rude" receptionist anymore, so I give them that. That is why I raised my review on March 4, 2019.

No volveremos!!!
