Olga has been a great find in our recent move to Madrid. Her experience, personality, patience and English fluency make her a great fit for our family and our pets’ needs. The home visits make the entire experience 10 stars! Highly recommend Olga and Vets in the City Madrid!!!
Olga was amazing!! My husband, and I just moved to Spain and needed to get a pet passport to travel with our dog throughout Europe. Olga comes to your home and did a complete examination, looked at Ivy’s previous medical records, and filled out the Pet passport. She also made us aware of a parasite in Europe that comes from the mosquito that we do not have in the United States and recommended a vaccination.Olga practiced veterinarian medicine in the United States for 25 years and practiced veterinarian including surgeries. In Spain, she comes to your home. She was so helpful not only with Our dog Ivy, but also in making suggestions for a groomer as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those that are coming to Spain from a foreign country. Since she lived in the United States for 25 years, her English is exceptionally good! This made everything so much easier for us. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
Vets in the City was great for us when we were living in Madrid. The care Buddy received from Olga was amazing and thorough and also saved us money and time by not having to Uber our senior dog to the vet for his primary care. Olga also has the expertise in getting together all the documentation for Buddy to travel back to the US. I also was given detailed records to present to his new vet in the USA. Vets in the City was worth it for our family.
Dr Olga is FANTASTIC! I’m so glad we found her our second week in Madrid. She was so kind, thorough and patient with both of our pups. She came to our apartment which greatly reduced the stress of traveling with our dog to an office. She was able to draw blood and run tests with results the next day.i I can’t recommend her enough. Having a wonderful and reliable vet who speaks English in a new place really set our minds at ease.
Absolutely amazing! Compassionate, professional, and so convenient, having the vet come to our home made everything stress-free for our pets. Highly recommend!
Hice cita con distintas veterinarias en Madrid y Vets in the city Madrid, Olga, es espectacular. Viene a tu casa donde tu mascota esta mucho mas tranquila. Olga me ayudo con TODO incluso el certificado de viaje a USA. Con Olga es tanto mas facil.
Olga was a lifesaver when it came to getting my dog an EU pet passport, having just arrived to Madrid from the United States. She also gave my dog some essential vaccines and heartworm/flea and tick medication. Olga is super knowledgeable and super kind, so I highly recommend her for any pet-related needs you might have.
