I brought my cat in late at night after she had a suspected fall and head injury and was confused and bleeding in the eye nose and mouth. They treated her very well and were very kind and gentle, and their calmness made me feel at ease too. They kept her 24hrs to treat her and monitor her condition to make sure she didn't develop symptoms of a brain injury, and she has returned home and looks/feels so much better, and they advised a check up on her eye. They also speak English which was helpful. Thank you for helping my cat. ❤️ The price was fair too for emergency care, so yes I would recommend this clinic.

WORST VETERENARY CLINIC I VISITED IN MY WHOLE LIFE! I called them 2 hours before as i live far from Marbella, as i was worried for my pet i explained what was going on with her. ( She fell 3 meters from a balcony) The person in the phone told me to bring her there asap as there can be an emergengy. As she told us to we came. First we waited for 1 hour. As i enter the room with A veterinarian named (Kira), the first sentence she tells me is "Why did you even bring her here, she is not in a life or death situation?" What the hell??? She didnt even check nothing before saying this. Bloodtest/ listening to the heartbeat etc. After i tell her how can you know without checking, she starts listening to the heartbeat. While she is doing this she is repeatedly telling me to hold the cat and "chill out" "aaaah" etc. Then when i confront her and explain to her that this is not the right way to work as a veterinarian showing 0 empathy and trying to make the situation a little more comfortable. HER EXCUSE IS WE HAD 3 DOGS dying today. Never visit this place, if they treated my pet like this infront of me, only god knows what they are doing behind those closed doors! I do not speak for the other vets in there, but if i was the manager i would Fire the lady named Kira on the spot.

My partner brought our dog here after he swallowed fish hooks whilst on the beach near La Línea late on Monday evening. He got fast professional service: a quick x-ray and then the surgeon came in to remove the fish hooks endoscopically. The next morning our dog was back to his normal self. We are so grateful to the team who saved our dog's life. We were extremely distressed and the staff were very kind, despite the fact that we were probably not the easiest customers due to how anxious we were and had some language difficulties! Thank you so much for your help.

Merci beaucoup, je suis venu en urgence avec mon petit yorkshire qui s’est fait mordre au coup par un gris chien, il a perdu beaucoup de sang c’était affreux. Des mon arrivée les vétérinaires m’ont rassuré et ont traité mon chien avec calme et bienveillance, grâce à elles, mon chien a survécu. Je souligne l’aspect moral très professionnel et rassurant en entrant dans cette clinique. Merci infiniment.

I came to the vet as my dog had a bad stomach and puking, it was 3 ladies at work and they were all super friendly and helpful (also english speaking). They gave us the best treatment we could ask for and saved our Sunday. Super happy, again thank you so much for the best service and i will definitly come back if ever needed again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Llevamos a mi gata de 3 años anoche por que se cayo del balcon y se hizo dii un buen golpe en la cabeza y algunas cositas mas llegamos super nerviosos pero el veterinario que estaba de guardia un chico jovencito y la que creo que era su ayudante fueron una maravilla hicieron todas las pruebas y nos transmitieron mucha tranquilidad y seguridad fueron super profesionales mi gatita paso 24 horas en observacion y llame unas cuantas veces para ver como iva siempre me respondieron y no me hicieron sentir pesada por llamar ya que obviamente estaba preocupada ,no es muy caro para ser un veterinario de emergencia 100 por 100 recomendable mi gata ya esta en casa en casi perfectas condiciones

Una experiencia muy negativa. El personal fue frío y distante, y la atención que recibimos por parte de Kira, la chica que nos atendió, dejó mucho que desear. En ningún momento mostró interés en ayudarnos ni en que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos. Todo fue tratado con desgano, sin una sonrisa ni el más mínimo esfuerzo por generar un ambiente agradable. Además, el procedimiento que le realizaron a nuestro perro resultó estar mal hecho, según nos confirmó posteriormente nuestro veterinario de confianza. A pesar de ello, nos cobraron casi 500€, una cifra completamente desproporcionada para el servicio recibido. Lamentablemente, no recomendaría este lugar a nadie que valore un trato profesional ni el bienestar real de su mascota.
