Victoria did a great job cutting my puppy’s hair; she was very sweet and careful. Also, she did not mind at all to cut her nails a little more when I asked her to. My puppy also loved the treats Victoria gave her as a gift

Tengo que decir, que aunque al principio no quedé muy contenta porque el corte de mi Bichón frisé quedó descompensado, al pedirle que le hiciera un retoque, ella enseguida nos atendió y ahora si ha quedado muy guapo. Quiero añadir, que noté que mi perro se sentía muy a gusto con ella y no tenía prisa en irse como en otras ocasiones en otras peluquerías. Se nota el cariño y amor que tiene Victoria por los animales!

He llevado hoy a mi perrita para que le lavaran y cortaran el pelo. He salido muy contenta con el resultado, la han dejado preciosa y con un olor buenísimo. Quiero destacar también el trato recibido, el cual ha sido excelente.

Excelente servicio y muy rápido. Mi perrita muy relajada y suele siempre estresarse. La recogí y la encontré contenta . En cuanto al precio más que correcto en comparación al resto de peluquerías . Repetiremos seguro! Gracias!

Es muy noble decir de mi parte que he llevado a mi perrita a cortar el pelo hecha un desastre, me dio vergüenza llevarla. Y no le ha hecho un corte de pelo, ha hecho magia! Además yo soy muy pesado cuando la dejo porque se que ella la pasa mal y cuando he vuelto a buscarla estaba cómoda y me encanta que no tenga jaula, que es algo que odio. Muy recomendado, fácil de reservar y además me avisaron cuando podía ir a buscarla, que mejor porque sino ella me ve fuera y se pone mal. Repetiré y aconsejo!

I'm only writing this review so other Spitz owners can be clear about not cutting the double-coat. I took my two-year-old Spitz in and asked for his bottom and privates to be trimmed but just to brush the hair - don't wash it, don't cut it. I was under the impression from reading the reviews this was an experienced groomer. When I went to pick my dog up, his coat was completely gone and cut unevenly, which is hazardous for summer as his coat keeps him cool, protects his skin from sunburn, and bacteria. Now we will have to be extra careful all summer, hope he doesn't get too hot or his skin burn, and hope his coat grows back as before. I was told there was a miscommunication, okay, but I thought I was dealing with an experienced groomer who knew how double-coats work. And if language was the barrier, I would have liked to been told as she was responding in English. I would have happily used Google Translate to explain but I again was under the impression it was understood. I've never had a groomer cut his coat, and my vet and other groomers have advised me not to do it as it ruins his internal temperature and keeps him clean. I get my Spitz groomed every two months (brushed and backside trimmed) and have never had this issue. He also wasn't tied to the table, so when I arrived, he jumped off and fell onto the floor. Looking back, I don't know why he wasn't tied like usual, or had some sort of hold holding him. I didn't show up super early, I was there one-minute before the time I was told to be there. In the end, my dog's coat is ruined, his hair is cut unevenly (because he's not a pom), and now it will be more work to take care of it to help it grow back properly. And he'll be at high-risk all of summer of heat stroke and sunburn. It's not a good situation. I didn't pay for the cut but she also didn't seem to understand what she had done. I went here because of all the positive reviews, but maybe she doesn't know how to groom Spitzes as she groomed him with a Pom, which I would assume a professional groomer would know the difference. I am not saying don't go here, but if you have a German Spitz, or a dog with a double-coat that protects them, make sure you ensure the coat does not get cut. Below is before and after photos.

Muy contenta con el trato. La verdad, mi perro es muy nervioso, suelta mucho pelo y no para quieto. Salió oliendo muy bien, orejas limpias, uñas cortadas y todo su pelo muerto fuera. Hace ya una semana y se nota porqué no tengo pelos por casa. Al ir a buscarlo estaba suelto jugando con la pelota, un trato muy cercano y Bruno feliz.
