I’m so happy I found this place in Ibiza... it’s really hard to find a good and trustworthy dog groomer. It was recommended by our vet. Victoria was so, so nice, and you can tell she truly cares about the dogs she works with and takes a lot of pride in her work. They did an amazing cut on a doodle cut (which can so easily get messed up in the wrong hands), she listened and understood by directions exactly, and I could tell they took really great care of my dog. I’m so happy with how his cut turned out... it’s just like how he gets it done back home. You can tell they use high-quality products and genuinely care about providing the best care possible. Also... make sure to try the non-invasive, no-anesthesia teeth cleaning! His teeth look amazing. This will definitely be our spot when we’re here over summer.

Amazing. Firstly so helpful and friendly in dealing with me the cat owner. They opened early for drop off and stayed late for pick up. They sent me pictures of how our cat was doing and thus allowed my kids to feel relaxed about his being away from home. He always looked relaxed and happy as well. The area where he was held was large with lots of room to play and climb. In many ways I think he was not happy to return to home!!! Can’t rate this establishment high enough.

Victoria and her team are fantastic! They always make us feel so at ease leaving our kitty Beau in their cattery. They keep in regular contact and are kind, accommodating and professional. Thank you 🙂

Perfect Cat Hotel If you are traveling for an extended period of time and your friends or are not "cat persons" or you have expensive furniture they don't want spoiled, this is 100% the best solution! The booking process is easy and you get to meet Victoria who will be looking after your cats. All cats need to be jabbed and bring a passport. We've used the service the 3rd time already and are delighted with the outcome. Our cats made new friends. Both kitties get all the attention they need. That's soooo important for us, since they are with us all day long as we work from our home and be around all day long.

We rescued our Bichon/Maltese last December and the poor mite was in a dreadful state. Pre rescue - Victoria gave us so much info and support! The day we got her victoria managed to get her straight in for a much needed bath, the care of the staff at DTTC is outstanding. From that day on, we have had continued love and support. Elsie is booked in every few weeks and the reminders are so helpful she’s a nervous doggie but the loving arms of Victoria (and her staff) make us (all) feel loved, wanted and cared for. Like leaving Elsie at nursery I always get a good feeling about knowing she’ll be in fantastic hands! She comes back tail wagging smooth soft and smelling divine. Perfectly trimmed every time. Victorias wealth of knowledge re food for Elsie’s funny tummy has also been well accepted, she’ll even research the latest and order it if she can. We always feel like Elsie gets ‘best friend’ love, but I think EVERY furry gets this fabulous woman’s welcome. Cannot thank you all enough what a different Elsie we now have! ❤️
