Farmacia Pharmacy Lasso

I had asked him for a tablet for sickness, and specifically asked for non-travel sickness, the pharmacy brought me over some Spanish branded product which he sold me, when I translated it later it was expressed for Travel sickness, Travel sickness and normal sickness are completely unrelated which he would’ve known, I went back and he said I need a prescription, why he didn’t tell me that in the first place I don’t know, just selling me product which he knew would not be useful. This sort of behaviour questions how much trust you can have in the establishment, pharmacies should always offer good advice and be honest and forthright, there is no place for a salesman in a pharmacy. I have now added this second part of my comment after reading their reply, unfortunately the rep replies is disingenuous, I said this was not Travel related sickness and I did not say that we had travelled recently, I did not have any conversation about Travel other than to say this was not motion sickness , so the reply is at Best disingenuous and misleading, again underlining my previous comment that salesman should not be trusted and there is no place in medicine for Sales and dishonesty. Very disturbing.

Volveremos.

My experience at this pharmacy was far from pleasant. The staff were rude and treated us with a level of disrespect that was completely unacceptable. They mocked us in a very unprofessional manner, which made the entire situation even worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Muchas gracias!!
