Veterinari del Clínico

He ido a otros centros pero nunca me han tratado tan bien como aquí, ya hace más de un año que llevo a mí perrita Caramelo ahí, siempre le han conseguido solucionar todo lo que le ha ido pasando, desde alergias a problemas gastrointestinales, y siempre con mucho cariño y atención. Además decidí esterilizarla ahí y no podría estar más contenta! Fue todo muy bien y tiene una cicatriz mínima! Se nota cuando las cosas se hacen con cariño y es algo muy necesario cuando se trata de la salud de tu compañera de aventuras.

I keep writing and deleting this review because there simply aren’t enough words of praise to describe my admiration for this clinic and the wonderful team of people who work here. I did my internship here, and it is truly the most beautiful experience I brought back from Barcelona to Croatia. The clinic is recognized as a golden cat friendly place — and it truly is. Cats are never stressed; they are handled gently, calming music is played for them, local anesthetic is used before blood draws, soothing pheromones are present in the examination rooms, and so much more. The expertise of the doctors and veterinary technicians is on an admirable level, but most importantly, it is evident that they put their whole heart into their work. The clinic itself is very tidy and clean, with soft and pleasantly scented bedding for the animals. The approach to clients is professional and extremely courteous — kindness here is truly at the highest level. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, everyone made an effort to speak to me in English and translate everything for me, which required a lot of extra effort and time. Dear colleagues, I will forever remember you as the people who showed me that the work of a small clinic can indeed reach an admirable standard without ever neglecting the well-being of our furry patients. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart. ♡

Quería agradecerles muchísimo por el excelente trato que le dan a Albi. Él adora al equipo, se nota que lo miman y lo cuidan muchísimo. Hoy, que venimos para la operación de castración, me sorprendió mucho el detalle de la sala especial. Es muy acogedora, con un diseño precioso y todos los detalles cuidados. Puedo sentarme con Albi en el sofá hasta que el medicamento haga efecto y él se quede dormidito, así que eso hace que el proceso sea mucho más tranquilo para ambos. Muchísimas gracias por todo! ❤️

I recently moved to Barcelona, and was looking for a vet clinic, where doctors could speak English to register my cat and check his existing problems right away. I want to thank Gala, Alberto and Marta for taking great care of my cat! They were very attentive and prescribed very good treatment, that wasn’t available in my country, so my cat’s quality of life improved drastically. I highly recommend this clinic and will be using their services in the future!

While preparing for a temporary move from Tarifa to Barcelona, I needed to find a special Science Diet food for my pug, Frankie. My vet in Tarifa wasn’t able to get it in time, so I did a quick online search and came across this veterinary clinic—and I’m so glad I did. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I sent the details by email, paid via bank transfer, and by the time we arrived in Barcelona, the food was waiting for us. The gentleman at the front desk was especially thoughtful and even gave Frankie some hypoallergenic treats, knowing she can’t have chicken. I’m so grateful to have found a wonderful vet so close to my new apartment—it's a huge relief knowing Frankie will be in good hands if she needs anything. Mientras me preparaba para una mudanza temporal de Tarifa a Barcelona, necesitaba encontrar un alimento especial de Science Diet para mi perrita Frankie. Mi veterinario en Tarifa no pudo conseguirlo a tiempo, así que hice una búsqueda rápida en internet y encontré esta clínica veterinaria—¡y qué suerte tuve! El personal fue increíblemente amable y servicial. Les envié los detalles por correo electrónico, pagué por transferencia bancaria, y cuando llegamos a Barcelona, el alimento ya nos estaba esperando. El señor en la recepción fue especialmente atento y hasta le dio a Frankie unas golosinas hipoalergénicas, sabiendo que no puede comer pollo. Estoy muy agradecida de haber encontrado una veterinaria tan buena cerca de mi nuevo apartamento—es un gran alivio saber que Frankie estará en buenas manos si necesita algo.

Tenemos una gata, y el servicio aquí es espectacular. María la auxiliar y Alberto el veterinario son un 10, las otras veterinarias y auxiliares también. Esta clínica es la única capaz de atenderla bien, ya que es una gata de difícil manipulación. 100% recomendable.
